At the start of the pandemic, I had already working from home for about six years and was very comfortable with the video meetings.
The majority of the company was new to it though, and when I attended some meeting outside of my usual group it was a revelation for many that you could have fun with it.
Most didn't know about having custom backgrounds etc.
