Every single limited access highway in an urban area should be torn down and replaced with urban fabric and revitalization of our crumbling rail system, which is the single most important improvement to our public #transportation policy we could possibly make. #urbanism
Not #HighSpeedRail, just fix the existing conventional rail system, and put back into service #railroad rights-of-way that have been unwisely abandoned.
