@ObsidianUrbex@mstdn.social that sea-foam green makes me suspect it's in the former #GDR. Many of those prisons got disused after the Fall amidst being underutilized (political prisoners got released) and being so old and with so much backlog in modernization and repair needs that it would've been cheaper to build a new prison of equal or greater capacity with modern standards.
