Heh. So, we have some pretty dangerous garden implements (garden forks, grass whips with serrated edges, sledge hammers, etc.), but one of my favorite implements is what I call a "Spikey Garden Digger" (it's actually marketed as a "Lawn Aerator"). I bought it a couple of years ago, and have abused it terribly, since I don't just use it to aerate my soil, I actually twist it by the handle to loosen up roots before I try and dig them up!
