I've been looking into various "Freedom Index" scoring structures and given the massive expansion of #Flock, #Fusus and Co. I'd like to see these Indices score negatively for a high occurrence ratio of surveillance that is retrospectively reviewed or administratively authorized to that which is approved beforehand by an independent court. #Freedom
