Auf dem Weg, mein kleines Unternehmen zu einem #selbstorganisierteUnternehmen nach Frederic Laloux umzubauen. Mittelfristig dann auch in #Verantwortungseigentum @bergischgruen Wir machen frisches, individuelles, artgerechtes Futter für Hunde und Katzen. Möchte mein Konzept gerne an andere Gründerinnnen weiter geben und mit diesen neue Keimzellen einer fairen Arbeitswelt gründen. Dazwischen ein bisschen was von #Malinois Loki und den #Sauerteig|en Nr5 und Bob

I am by heart an anarcho-syndicalist, which I think is the best "system" there is. Unfortunately I also know that we can't have that with this humanity, thus I settle for the best of all the worse systems out there: Democracy built on Rule of Law. Also by heart I am a software engineer: I love what I do, and I am exceptionally good at it. Luckily I can earn money with it in this capitalist system – at a company where people like me and where diversity is valued highly. I am "2 part girl, 1 part guy, shaken and poured over ice" (Estel🧝‍♀️🌶️🔞), and also "beautiful, efficient, deadly – the spy who I loved." (Cait the Proud Trans Woman) At this age I have zero patience with assholes, racists, queerphobes, etc. – and all those who want to tell others who to be, how to be, or how to act. I have even less patience with people who think people should have different human rights based on certain attributes. And yes, I am a "Daughter of The Fire" AND "Daughter of The Storm": expect me to fight for what I believe in and for those who can't fight!
