I started
#LunaAbyss this morning (yes, I've been awake since 4am). Through the first ninety minutes or so I can see they've cracked the feeling of DOOM x Returnal, although it's much more linear than the latter (which is a good thing for me).
The games also got a real nice visual style. It sort of reminds me of that puzzle game from a few years ago where the entire E3 reveal was basically phallic imagery and weeping cocks...but without any of the phallic imagery or weeping cocks....and ab added layer of
#Signalis on top; it's super cool.
I also wrapped up my play through of
#007FirstLight at the end of last weekend. Whilst I don't think it maintains it's exceptional start, it's still a really good game and something I'll be keeping an eye on going forward.
I also called time on
#ForzaHorizon6. It's another one of those games. It could use a rethink imo, but that's more down to it being a little.....samey than anything else; the core game is still fantastic and it'll keep fans busy for a good long while, I just think the formula is wearing a little thin now.
