I'm still trying to dig up the actual terms, but I am finding sure makes it look like Iran has achieved a massive strategic victory over Team Shitstain. Most notably:

Trump said he wants it done he wants it over he wants out and if the Strait isn't open when he's done, it's not open and he doesn't care. He also expressed similar rage-frustration-venting elsewhere.
Regardless, what that means is that he's given a deadline _against himself_, so they know - just like in Afghanistan with the Taliban - how long they just have to wait it out and then they win and get to do whatever they want...
