The temptation to use a different, non-fedi social to share my writing and poetry and thoughts is pretty tempting sometimes. Like, okay. I don't write smutty spice, or poetry, or whatev else for money, or to build a brand, or to get ppl to sub to my stuffs, but IS nice when ppl read and comment. Mostly tho, I (and other indie writers I guess) are invisible. Lol, I guess the writing bot likes my stuffs? I've tried Archive Of Our Own but at least my experience was that if u aren't writing fanfics, u are invisible. Maybe I was doing it wrong? There's Tumblr, Bluesky, I guess?
