Hmm, you don't arrest people on suspicion of terrorism, with all of the extras you get (like two weeks to question them) and then let them out on bail after a couple of days, if they were actually terrorists (they can't be associated with Palestine Action in any way then). They were a long way from London though, but there are lots of illegal activities that would have been greased by mocking up vans with fake logos: various illegal countryside bloodsports (badger baiting, hare coursing), fly tipping, just regular drugs/stolen goods transfers. It is an awful coincidence to be found quite so close to an RAF base being used by the US though. But as we saw with the murders of Albert Alfonso and Paul Longworth, the location isn't necessarily related in any way to the crime (seriously, nobody in Bristol would try to dump human remains off Clifton suspension bridge - it's covered in cameras, there's other counter measures to prevent jumpers). https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/c65y7nl29k0et?post=asset%3A20eb0cd5-8431-417e-ba01-f5ddc6958e9b#post #fairford

@JugglingWithEggs@mstdn.social Plausible? “Even though we attacked Iran first, they will probably spin it into something like this: ‘Iran is attacking the UK, even though we are a neutral party. Therefore we have no choice but to get involved’. This would be a terrible legal and moral argument, but it just needs to convince stupid people. We have to take sure stupid people are not taken in by this crap” https://open.substack.com/pub/councilestatemedia/p/was-fairford-the-most-embarrassing #UK #Fairford #Iran #Terrorism #FalseFlag
