We Underreport the Volumes of Resources That Cybercriminals Use We’ve noted in our Interisle landscape studies that our figures underreport the numbers of domain names, IP addresses, and URLs, and free web site user accounts that cybercriminals have misused for phishing, malware and spam. Everyone underreports.
