Cinco de Mayo is an utterly strange non-holiday. It’s not Mexican Independence Day which is in September. It’s not even a federal Mexican holiday. It’s just the fifth of May. Any excuse to drink tequila at lunch on a work day, I suppose. Pass the chips and salsa. #CincodeMayo
