John A. MacDonald was extremely anti-Semitic, and his Indian Act policy that led to concentration camps for Indigenous people, and deaths camps called "residential school", where the RCMP abducted Indigenous children under threat of starvation if the parents wouldn't send them, inspired Hitler to do what he did in Europe. the unmarked graves of the children who died in MacDonald's death camps are still being found today. more than 2,500 graves have been found *so far*. William Lyon Mackenzie King, our 10th prime minister, thought Hitler was "a good patriot" and turned away thousands of Jewish refugees fleeing anti-Semitic terror in Europe.
