I like to eat and to travel. I make software. #nobots Edit 4 years later: Maybe I do not like to travel. I would never set foot in most countries, because I don't like the climate, or the social climate. I just like to be in places which are not too hot and not too fascist. Additionally I want out of IT. The entire sector deserves to drown in slop because it doesn't appreciate humans.

This is very random but please boost: Can someone in Bodø lend me a handle to change the direction of opening the window? Where I am staying the window only tilts a bit, it is way too hot and I need fresh air. The receptionist told me that they are not allowed to give me the handle despite there being no children and no drunk people in the room. I already travel with a Swiss Army knife to unscrew some types of window limiters (yes I do screw them back in before leaving) but do not have the thing used here (a square prism rod perhaps 6mm wide).

Subjects: Lots about #US/world politics as seen from #Norway & the #LiberalWorldOrder. General nerding. Words have definitions! You don't want to "end capitalism", you just want a mixed economy; some private, some public. Tankies are just as bad as Milton Friedman, if not worse. Me: Classic liberal, with a conscience. Still not a commie, but I get the attraction. Used to be computer-guy and local pol. Now tea-walla to the pols of Stjørdal.
