We had this Hiddenseer Pils yesterday. It is made by Rügener Inselbrauerei, a young brewery that uses open fermentation and bottle conditioning. They usually mean business when they make beer and this is no exception: Lovely, smooth mouthfeel, pleasant level of bitterness, lovely floral and lemony hop notes. Just a slight fusely touch on the finish. Might come from the bottle conditioning, so I won't hold it against them. A wonderfully pintable beer. #BeersOfMastodon
