[DE] ...ist eine studentische Initiative aus #Bielefeld, für kostenlose, öffentliche #Shelter-Hütten & Trekkingplätze. Für #Klima-freundliches #Reisen. Für #Infrastruktur als #Kunst: Ich möchte (mit euch zusammen) Shelter bauen, z.B. auf öffentlichen Grünflächen am Stadtrand. #Dänemark hat hunderte davon, für bis zu 2 Übernachtungen + Option daneben zu zelten, wenn belegt. #Radwandern #Radreisen #Fahrrad #Wandern #Gemeinwohl [EN] ...is a student-initiative for free public shelters & trekking places. At the participative shelter construction site of the "Gestaltung" master's project "Common Shelter" we finalized the sidewalls and the roof from friday to monday. Part of it were layers of a green roof, with mats of pre-grown plants. More in the construction diary: https://shelter.apgw.de/?lang=en#2026_06_12
Also examples of inspiring art were present at the construction site, in form of the (german) books "30 years - Joseph Beuys - 7000 oaks" and "Arte povera - Manifests, Statements, Critiques" (translation by me). Parts of it will be included in my master's thesis I have to finish until july the 7th 2026.

Last work at the ecosphere shelter in Rietberg will be possibly done from 10th to 12th july 2026. From 17th to 19th july I have to build an additional temporary shelter in front of the Faculty of Design (Lampingstraße 3) of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Bielefeld for the "Werkschau" (exam exhibition).
