Il Fatto Quotidiano: Dipendente Inps spiava Giorgia Meloni: la procura di Roma chiede il rinvio a giudizio La procura di Roma ha chiesto il rinvio a giudizio per la dipendente Inps che, nel 2025, aveva spiato i dati della premier Meloni. Secondo l’accusa, il 7 febbraio dello scorso anno la donna ha aperto per tre volte i dati personali della Presidente del Consiglio: due per consultare l’anagrafica, e una per controllare la sua posizione contributiva. Come riporta Repubblica, l’accusa è di accesso abusivo al sistema informatico con l’aggravante di aver agito in veste di dipendente pubblico, approfittando dunque dei poteri connessi alla sua funzione e violandone i doveri. Due le persone offese: la premier e lo stesso Inps. Il caso è emerso a seguito di accertamenti interni dell’ente, che a dicembre scorso ha mandato una prima comunicazione; dopo attente verifiche sulla protezione dei dati, il fascicolo è stato fatto pervenire alla procura di Roma. La dipendente è stata interrogata il 17 aprile e il 23 giugno la pm Alessandra D’Amore ha chiesto al gup il rinvio a processo. Tre accessi: due all’archivio anagrafico Arca, dove sono registrati i dati identificativi e anagrafici dei contribuenti, e uno, decisamente più significativo, all’estratto contributivo, contenente la storia previdenziale del lavoratore – dunque periodi di contribuzione, tipologia di contributi, attività lavorative. Ma il vero mistero riguarda il perché di tali ricerche: l’imputazione dell’accusa ricostruisce accessi, orario, banche consultate, ma non riesce a fornire un movente. L’indagata per ora non ha dato spiegazioni. Non è la prima volta che la premier rimane vittima di incursioni irregolari nei suoi dati personali a causa di accessi illegittimi da parte di dipendenti che hanno accesso alle banche dati in ragione del lavoro: nel 2024 un bancario di Intesa Sanpaolo aveva consultato senza autorizzazione alcuni file relativi ai rapporti tra clienti dell’istituto, tra cui proprio Meloni. Two people were offended: the Prime Minister and INPS itself. The case emerged following internal investigations by the agency, which sent out an initial communication in December last year; after careful checks on data protection, the file was forwarded to the Rome prosecutor’s office. The employee was questioned on April 17th and on June 23rd, Prosecutor Alessandra D'Amore requested the judge for preliminary hearing. Three accesses: two to the Arca register archive, where taxpayer identification and demographic data are recorded, and one, decidedly more significant, to the contribution extract, containing the worker’s pension history - therefore periods of contribution, type of contributions, work activities. But the real mystery concerns why these searches were made: the accusation reconstructs accesses, time, banks consulted, but cannot provide a motive. The suspect has so far given no explanations. It is not the first time that the Prime Minister has been the victim of unauthorized intrusions into her personal data due to illegitimate access by employees who have access to databases as part of their jobs: in 2024, an Intesa Sanpaolo banker had consulted some files relating to customer relationships between the institution's clients, including Meloni, without authorization.
