✨ A Little (About) Joy ✨
Marrying a Singaporean meant 2 weddings (CA & #Singapore!) and a world of new inspiration! His culture has deeply influenced my eye for color and detail. This is my #Peranakan wedding look!
Has a partner or friend introduced you to a new culture?

During lockdown, we raised #butterflies and it was amazing! Seeing new life emerge brought beauty to a quiet time. It was a reminder that #nature sparks wonder even at home.
Have you ever raised a pet or plant that surprised you?

"The video prominently features the iconic Founders Library, the first site at an HBCU to be named a national treasure, which had yet to be constructed. In addition, most of the people depicted in the audience on The Yard are not Black, which belies the institution’s history as one of the country’s foremost colleges with a predominantly Black student body."

The SAVE America Act would screw the #AAPI community.
Per APIAVote.org:
"20 percent of AAPIs don’t have a birth certificate on hand, 14 percent of AAPIs don’t have a passport, and only 8 percent have naturalization papers readily available."
Also, "AAPI adult citizens are also roughly two-thirds foreign-born, meaning issues naturalized citizens face would be disproportionately higher for AAPIs than for other communities."
TL;dr: a lot of AAPIs wouldn't be able to vote.
