I'm pissed about my long overdue kickstarter espresso machine. The Meticulous Espresso machine that other folks have received. They don't don't reply to their emails in over a month. I've waited on my machine since May 2023. Zero contact. They would send out email updates sporadically, promised more timely updates. Nope, so far as I'm concerned its all empty promises. So unless someone here in the Fediverse can help me contact a human that can do something... I was order back #139. I'd guess that if thats true I'd have one of the first machines.
