Who owns the information about research?
Open science needs open research information as part of a shared knowledge commons.
Together with Dutch Barcelona Declaration signatories, we analysed with @MsPhelps@akademienl.social 14 use cases and developed the ORI Monitoring Framework to identify gaps in metadata quality across CRISsystems @euroCRIS@mastodon.world , @OpenAlex@mastodon.social and @OpenAIREGraph@mastodon.social
