Cloud products are frustrating, certainly in library context. I feel
more like a experimental physicist than just following the documentation or helpdesk. #exlibris I am sure you have a great product, but the documentation isn't. Fragmentary, out dated, ambiguous. Some ideas are great, some are just a kludge.
