Back at the keypunch, I typed the text "ALGORITHMS OF LOVE" on one card. I could then use the punch to duplicate this text onto my stack of 100 heart cards. It duplicates about 10 characters per second, so much faster than typing, but still a bit tedious. The final result was the card with printed text at the left and the heart (without text) at the right.
