The Laghman Police Command has announced that a traffic accident occurred this morning in the Fourteen neighborhood, affiliated with the Second Security Zone of Mehtarlam, the capital of Laghman province. Sources report that a small passenger vehicle collided with a rickshaw, resulting in the on-the-spot death of the rickshaw driver and injuries to 10 others, including two women and five children.
