Swarm intelligence, I'm looking for a video. Back when Ukraine started hitting russian ammo dumps, I remember a video of a local governor or mayor or whatnot standing on a field in front of press, declaring that the attack was successfully averted and nothing big was hit - while in the background you could hear constant secondary explosions of the entire site cooking off. Does anybody else remember and perhaps can point me to that video?
