The opening of connecting roads between Parwan Third – Badam Bagh – Pol-e-Teknik: A step towards reducing congestion The new connecting roads between the Parwan Third intersection and Badam Bagh, and continuing from Badam Bagh to the Pol-e-Teknik pass (which is also an alternative route to the Berekhi intersection), have been completed and opened. These newly constructed roads have divided the heavy traffic volume and significantly eased passage for citizens. The 560-meter road from Parwan Third to Badam Bagh and the new 900-meter road from Badam Bagh to the Pol-e-Teknik pass are among the new roads built by the Kabul Municipality in recent years. These roads connect the fourth, fifth, and seventeenth districts and are considered important and vital roads for the city of Kabul.
