When I got my MLS (mid-thirties? My age, not the 1930s), and I had my first big interview at HPL, I was nervous but plausible. As I answered questions about books, programs, etc, I fought the urge to say, "Crafts? The Bible says, 'Walk not in craftiness.'" (I like crafts, barely know the Bible. Interior voices can be weird.)
Library life, huh
