Once again encountered a situation in which the speaking out about a thing is considered more problematic than the thing, because it makes the person who did the thing uncomfortable.

So fucking tired of that, especially in supposedly safe spaces that are merely 'safe' because the uncomfortable conversations are suppressed or shunted to the side with reasons like 'politics' and whatnot.

So, once again, for the white people in the back; impact over intent, always. That means sitting with your damn discomfort instead of demanding that people are 'nice'.
