it's comfort food, cheese and pasta it's simple easy to make grandma made it all the time, i dunno what to tell you, it tastes great.

Yeah I’m not sure what the big deal is, on this one; chicken / pasta / cheese / buffalo sauce / heavy cream. Pretty straightforward
