@cstross@wandering.shop Not to be a downer, but I always disliked the compass, you cannot have an authoritarian leftist, the two concepts are oil and water. Once you become authoritarian you cease being leftwing, regardless of label. I think the compass is just a way of putting three types of right-wing philosophy against one left so that the "reasonable center" always includes a touch of fascism. It's a right-wing framing device.
