Thinking about how one of the signs that online community is just as valid as any offline community is that we build shared moments of joy that are predictable, and recurring. They might seem silly to the untrained eye of an external observer, but they are deeply meaningful expressions of our humanity at a time where so many things want to tear that down.
So please, continue doing the thing. It is much appreciated, even if we don't always realise just how much until we have to do without.
Share the silly. The mundane. And especially the 'I saw this, and I thought it was neat'.
It is resistance ✊🏻
