I think it should be clear by now, but: This is Mastodon, this is the Fediverse. There is no verification process here. If someone asks you to verify your account, they want to scam you.

If you REALLY want to verify yourself, go to the next mirror in real life and verify to yourself that you are still you (unless this is an issue for you, then please don't!)
