In a video played at Plaid Cymru’s spring conference, Scotland’s First Minister said that Westminster is a system that “clearly doesn’t work” for either Scotland or Wales, regardless of who is in power.
Plaid Cymru leader Rhun ap Iorwerth, outlined his ambitions for the first 100 days of his party’s administration in Wales, which he said aimed to demonstrate the “seriousness” with which he is approaching the prospect of governing.
