@Peter_Link@expressional.social I agree with “oil for Cuba” as a band-aid on their current crisis.
But a tanker of oil should be accompanied by a massive, rapid up-scaling of wind, solar, storage, grid updates, energy efficiency is needed to power Cuba and remove oil dependence as a geopolitical weapon.
