The Prime Minister of Afghanistan, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, in a message sent to the inauguration ceremony of the Kabul-Bagram highway construction, stated that this road is a major and important project that should have been built much earlier, but now is still an appropriate time and its implementation demonstrates the commitment of the Islamic Emirate. A Radio Harat reporter reports that the message emphasized that the Islamic Emirate is carrying out reconstruction and foundational works throughout the country according to a systematic plan and a set schedule, in order to address the people's problems and accelerate the country's development process.
