It is exhausting how most organizations still enforce these outdated rules
For us, we enforce length and tell the user how terrible their password is as they type it instead of asking them to create a weak one based on useless rules!
Irony is, a "security reporter" from a famous online outlet once complained that our system "allows easy to guess passwords" because it doesn't have these archaic rules
