Research with 67 participants (online, interviews, focus groups) found #travel choices are mainly influenced by convenience, cost, comfort, and safety, while #sustainability rarely affects local trips. Barriers include unreliable services, poorly aligned timetables, high planning effort, and unclear real-time information. Enablers include frequent services and contactless payments.
