Well this is interesting. I took one of my more vigorous walks yesterday, and my legs are sore in a post-exercise muscle-building way. Nothing seems weird about that, until I realize that I hadn’t actually felt this way after a walk in a while, and where exercise just gave me post-exertional malaise instead.

I wonder if having super-low hormone levels was just causing my body to be unable to repair itself, and now that I’m at decent levels again things are going back to normal?
