Was ist das denn für ein Verständnis von Recht/Gesetz? 😠
Wird letztendlich (auch gerichtlich aber nicht erst dann) festgestellt das eine staatliche Stelle gegen Recht/Gesetz verstösst, sogar wissentlich, hat gefälligst automatisch die nächsthöhere Stelle bzw. die Generalstaatsanwaltschaft einzuschreiten. Punkt.
Einen Rechtsstaat vorausgesetzt natürlich.
