@glasnt @benno Yeah this is definitely a "set everyone up for success" than "responding to an incident". We appreciate the care though @abstractcode, we're actually (and thankfully) having an awesome time this year! <3 To frame it another way, we're standing on the shoulders of giants, who've dealt with 'things' before us. The intent of this post is to encourage and help guide everyone to make an awesome, humorous and engaging proposal for CFP (and alter on, talks). Especially as we're explicitly seeking new audiences and new ideas. By positioning things positively and proactively while CFP is open we aim to set the tone of things somewhat transparently, and without having to say all the negative things on a defensive back foot after the fact.
