@joe have MEAA or CPSU said they want that?
Asking because sometimes the aim of a strike is to cause workload problems that show how important the workers are, which requires steady demand (common in public service and ngp industry unions). But other strikes are about crashing a day's profit (common in private industry unions). I don't know which one they're aiming for here.
