Because lazyness. I've worn down a stove and two electric ovens, about to go on my third, over the course of twenty years, and I always aim for the simplest of the simplest possible. No pyrolisis function, no steam function. Just plain convection ovens, ventilated. And if non digital models are to be found, even better.
