Abgesehen vom Messenger Briar, der einen dezentralen Ansatz verfolgt, gibt es derzeit keinen Messenger, der das Zero-Knowledge-Prinzip konsequenter umsetzt.
Was ist mit dem Matrix Messenger? Der ist doch ebenfalls dezentral, dazu open-source und kommuniziert m.W. per Default ebenfalls verschlüsselt (optional auch unverschlüsselt).
