@oscarfalcon @samsteiner Only seeing three people in the thread saying they don’t mind ads and at the same time wanting to do advertising on Mastodon does not surprise me.
I am strongly against any form of ads. The absence of ads is one of the main reasons for not joining (or leaving) big tech's “social” media. Ads make social media especially anti-social because it's an annoying form of communication in only one direction.
If you allow ads here, then I for one consider to leave.
