Can’t stand him anymore, but his delivery has always been good imho. But he just doesn’t get it. He thinks slinging shit at “sacred cows” as actual literal fascists are forming ranks is somehow fair play. Like, it’s not illegal, but you should know that some people are taking real sides in this, and to them jokes are more ammunition in their culture war. In a better world I’d agree to sling away, but I think because of his privilege he doesn’t see how tenuous the situation is (I didn’t either back in the day).
