I have sound sensitivity as well, but actually love asmr when it's done correctly. But you're right, the majority of it is garbage. Thanks! I was curious because I have other traits that have been labelled as neurodivergent by my therapists but I'm not diagnosed or anything so I never know if something is "normal" or not.
