@randy_ I honestly would want to hear from someone who's done Machete Order, which IIRC sets the prequel trilogy as a kind of extended flashback sequence during the OT. This also means you're not spoiling your viewer for the big reveal during Empire. If I remember rightly, the order is - IV (A New Hope), V (The Empire Strikes Back), I (The Phantom Menace, some consider it optional but I don't because without it you're missing crucial setup), II (Attack of the Clones), III (Revenge of the Smith), VI (Return of the Jedi). But if that's a bit of a pain, at minimum, release order ( IV, V, VI, I, II, III) keeps the Empire reveal from being spoiled, among other things.
