Depenant upon pricing and convenience, rail tends to bring other social and economic benefits along the corridor. #Alto does make sense as does something in Western Canada. Cross country will be a far harder sell. Most lines go through large population centres but Central Canada will unlikely be economic viable even with social benefits included.
