I also don’t find many places near me that have the mystery meat on the spindle. That’s a prerequisite. I also don’t know what’s in the “scharf” sauce but it seems hard to find too. _Edit_ I have to assume that in Germany, there is one or a couple food distributors who sell all the ingredients, since they’re pretty consistent through all the independent shops. Why don’t they just export everywhere?!
