Step 1: Cut out Visa/Mastercard/PaymentProviders as the middleman Step 2: move your cloud-agnostic infrastructure to European Wannabe-Hyperscalers once they fulfill the minimum technical requirements Step 1 alone is hard enough to start with, no need to make it even more hard.
