@justvanrossum @Sveinbjorn @eWalthert @letterror @MauriceMeilleur @jeremiehornus @glyphs "A matrix and a matrice" in German would be "eine Matrix und eine Matrize", in Dutch perhaps "een matrix en een matrijs", in Polish "macierz i matryca". In other languages they may converge, though. I'm not insisting on it, just providing alternatives. "Source" in my view is even more ambiguous.
